• Key areas for improvement before your next survey.
• Answers to your questions.
• A report that consists of the potential deficiencies and recommendations for correction.

Quarterly Quality Assurance Services  
It is our belief that it is better to be safe than sorry. Because of this belief, we offer quality assurance services to ensure that your facility is operating according to regulations.

To help you be sure your facility is operating according to state and federal regulations:

• A clinical nurse will visit your facility.
• Quality of care and regulatory issues will be identified.
• A report with identified deficiencies and recommendations for correction will be generated after the review.

Education and Training - Managing the Survey Process
In order for managers to be prepared for surveys, we offer on-site educational programs that will teach you:

• How to manage the process to achieve the best survey outcomes.
• Strategies to communicate with Surveyors.
• How to prepare the required paperwork in advance.
• How to resolve issues as they happen.

Plan of Correction Development and Implementation
Let us take the stress out of the Plan of Correction process by suppling you with:

• A team of experienced long-term care professionals that will provide on-site support to
  facilitate the development of an appropriate Plan of Correction and to oversee the
  implementation.
• Services including, education and training, monitoring of staff performance, and medical
  record audits.

Directed Inservice Programs
We are an approved vendor to provide directed inservice as may be required by a facility in their Plan of Correction.

Our Directed Inservices are:

• Tailored to the specific issues addressed in the survey deficiencies.
• Facility specific and use the facility’s own policies and procedures.
• Provided on all three shift, weekends, or as requested.

Premier Healthcare Resources will supply the inservice materials that are required to be submitted for Department of Health approval, as well as, any handouts for participants.
