Clinical Consulting Services

A Registered Nurse, who has experience as a DON, will visit your facility and assess the current operations.

The focus of the visit is based upon the needs of the facility, but may also include, staffing issues, documentation audits, MDS process review, education and training, regulatory compliance audit, clinical program development, quality assessment program review, and JCAHO preparation.

Based upon the results of the visit, we will be able to identify not only the issues, but also more importantly, give you solutions to the issues identified. Our nurse will work with the DON and staff to put the solutions into place, not just give you a report and leave.

The first step in the survey process is preparation. To help you prepare, Premier Healthcare Resources will provide you with:

• A report that consists of the potential deficiencies and recommendations for correction.
